Program Director
For over six years, Matt has been helping veterans and their spouses with transition. As the author of “LinkedIn For Military,” he works with veterans to help them update their profiles.

Before serving on our board of advisors, Chad served as a commander and staff officer in Army logistics.
John DiPiero
Vice Chairman - MTR Advisory Board
A retired Colonel and a commander at various levels during his Air Force career, John worked at USAA before his retirement.
Michael Brownfiel
Trustee
A retired Army first sergeant, “Michael B.” has been a key contributor to our mission, leading programs on Zoom. He’s also one of our top recruiters for students.

Deon has served as a key program leader in our programs. He’s one of our facilitators and also recruits others to join our program.
