They Served. Now It's Our Turn.

Every day, thousands of servicemembers leave the military with the discipline, grit, and sacrifice of a warrior — and almost no roadmap for what comes next.
Benefits they earned go unclaimed. Careers stall. The transition that should be a victory lap becomes one of the hardest fights of their lives.
That’s where we come in.

The Military Transition Roundtable exists to make sure no veteran faces that fight alone.
Through regular Zoom mastermind programs, we bring servicemembers and veterans together to do what the military always did best: collaborate to get the job done.

We are a veteran-based community of people who’ve been there, built for those going through the transition process right now.

One Veteran’s Journey

Petty Officer Nathan Lahr spent years in the U.S. Navy working in nuclear power production.
When depression forced him out, the Navy gave him only seven days before he was administratively discharged without a completed DD-214.

A friend pointed him to the Military Transition Roundtable.

Through the mastermind process, he found fellow servicemembers who had faced similar obstacles. Together, we helped him track down his DD-214 through the VA. The Military Transition Roundtable would later help him receive his 50-percent disability rating and gain access to mental health services.

Your Gift Keeps the Mission Moving
The Military Transition Roundtable is a volunteer-driven community, but keeping veterans connected, informed, and supported takes resources. Your donation funds the administration and outreach that make every session possible and ensures more veterans find us when they need help the most.
